  Just let me Cook… Stamppot Andijvie What you need for 2 persons: – 700 gram potatoes – 300 gram endive – a bit nutmeg and pepper – a dash of milk For meat you can choose ‘rookworst’. For some extra taste some baked bacon can go with it, in Dutch called ‘gerookte spekreepjes’. Let’s start: Boil 300 gram of chopped endive in one layer of water in 20 minutes. What you need for 3-4 persons: – 1 kilo potatoes – 500 gram winter carrots – 500 gram onions – a dash of milk For meat you can choose ‘rookworst’. For some extra taste some baked bacon can go with it, in Dutch called ‘gerookte spekreepjes’. Let’s start: Peel the potatoes and the carrots and remove the onions from their skins.
