Global Links

Global Links is the student to student run office, part of the Office of External Affairs of the School of Communication and Media (SICM). The office ,in its current form, was established in February 2010 and so far there have been three interns from the School of Communication and Media, who have worked here.

Global Links goal is to assist in the internationalization of the SICM by promoting going abroad among students from the CO, CS, IDM and IC study programs, providing necessary information and assisting with the application procedure. We work in close contact with the international coordinator, the international student office (ISO), country coordinators and academic counsellors in order to provide students with the most up to date information and support during the application procedures. Global Links aims to become the centralized institution within the SICM, where students get oriented on what they need to do in order to go abroad for a study or an internship, where they should apply, to whom, what the deadlines are etc. It serves a facilitation role in the SICM.
